💡Did you know? Patients with liver disease may present with an ⬆️ coagulation panel 🩸🩸 but they can actually be at ⬆️ risk for clotting 🔴 too 🥴 (So don’t d/c that DVT prophylaxis just because of a bump in the INR😉)

When a doc on inpatient service takes the time to call you and tell you how helpful your med rec note was and that you were a big part of preventing an ICU admission 😊❤️ #EDPharmD

And now for a #pharmacyeducationboard inspired by the new ED-AWARENESS study (and my own personal soapbox)! 📢😲 There continues to be more and more literature detailing the harmful psychological effects of inadequate or no sedation post-RSI 😢 (1/6)

The best vaccine is the first one you are offered. You won't have any protection at all whilst holding out waiting for a particular one. All the approved vaccines are safe and effective. #VaccinesWork
