Crews prioritize repairs that restore power to the greatest number of customers and to critical services like hospitals, fire departments, and senior centers. From there, we focus on medically urgent situations before moving to individual streets or homes, which can require more complex repairs and take longer. We’re truly sorry you’re still waiting and know how frustrating this has been. Please know your area remains on our restoration list and crews are continuing work until service is fully restored.
