Ovaj tjedan bili smo domaćini radionice #SEEMET2026 u Trogiru! Od 13. do 17. travnja ugostili smo sudionike iz Bugarske, Rumunjske, Kosova, Turske, Mađarske, Bosne i Hercegovine, Slovenije, Crne Gore, Ukrajine, Jordana i Albanije. #SEEMET je održan uz podršku @eumetsat, @EUMeTrain i @ECMWF. Edukaciju su provodili treneri iz tih organizacija te iz zemalja članica ICSEED-a – Mađarske, Slovenije i Hrvatske. Fokus ovogodišnjeg tečaja bio je na bujičnim i urbanim poplavama te na praćenju požara otvorenog prostora uz primjenu satelitskih produkata. 🛰️ Hello Sentinel-3C! At the @Thales_Alenia_S clean room the newest #CopernicusEU satellite is being prepared before its journey to Kourou. It will ensure the continuity of the mission and providing data for oceans, land, ice & atmosphere. 🚀 Launch planned for autumn 2026.

If we compare the nightside photo of Earth taken by @astro_reid after TLI (left) with an IR view captured by @eumetsat's Meteosat-12 around the same time (0050 UTC on 3 April) we can see the same cloud and weather patterns over western Africa, eastern Brazil, and the Atlantic.
