Today, the @EU_Commission signed the Council of Europe Framework Convention on Artificial Intelligence. This first legally binding international agreement on #AI, fully compatible with the 🇪🇺 #AIAct, provides for trustworthy & safe AI systems, while enabling innovation & trust.
