@Jb7769John Hi John, I can confirm that there are staff available at London Victoria Coach Station. We have an information desk at Gate 11, should you need to speak to someone there.

@eurolinesuk We left Paris at 23.30 with service 129, our 1st bus broke down, we missed the ferry due to zealous customs officers, were searched 4 times, and now r stranded on the side of the motorway somewhere south of lewisham as the driver has been out more than 16h. Help!
