If Kenyans really knew how much other countries are going through, they would be proud of the developments in their country, they would be so proud of the leaders who put them first. Dear brothers and sisters in Kenya, you are too lucky to complain

Regarding your Luo friend’s take on “working twice as hard” to match the Mlima level — fair question, but the real difference isn’t some invisible 50% head start. Mlima’s actual “trick” is brutally simple: 'delayed gratification on steroids'. A single shilling you save and invest aggressively while you’re young compounds at roughly 25× every 10 years in the kind of high-return vehicles many in Central Kenya have mastered (land, chamas, small businesses, and smart equity plays). - Hit KSh 100k investable capital by 25? - With ruthless discipline, it becomes KSh 2.5 million by 35. - Keep the pedal down and it hits KSh 62.5 million by 45. That math is real. But the lifestyle required to pull it off is not glamorous. It means living *way* below your income bracket for decades — driving an old car while your peers flex, renting modest while others buy flashy plots, skipping the endless rounds and trips — so the bulk of your capital stays in the game. That level of self-denial and consistency is rare anywhere, not just in Kenya. And even with the discipline dialed in, success still needs three more ingredients: 1. Luck (good health, no major family emergencies, right timing on the economy). 2. Networks — the chamas, the WhatsApp investment groups, the “I know a guy” connections that open doors fast. 3. The right partner. Marry (or partner with) someone who buys into the long game instead of someone who wants to spend every extra shilling today, and you literally double your firepower. So yes, some structural advantages exist around Mt Kenya — proximity to Nairobi, cash-crop history, land that has appreciated for generations. But the real multiplier isn’t geography. It’s the cultural muscle memory of 'save first, compound relentlessly, live lean. That’s not tribal magic. It’s just compound interest wearing a kanzu of sacrifice. Respect to anyone, from any region, who’s willing to pay that price.

A Luo friend recently bought land in Nanyuki, where he plans to raise his family. He believes that Mlima people have a 50% head start in life compared to those from Western Kenya. In his view, he has worked twice as hard as his Mlima friends just to reach the same level of success

@Josh001J The current “refugees” are moving without papers. Makes it difficult for security agencies to follow up on crimes and what not. They are registered in Kenya(where they already are) by their government.

@arif_kirio @Honeyfarsafi But even those people know they can't split votes like 2007. So eventually there must be one consensus candidate for the united opposition.

Uhuru owned Mediamax long before he became anything in Kenya. Not once did you see or hear it's media outlets spin narratives or drive perceptions. Ruto has owned a media group and in 3 days it has lost its and credibility 😅 THREE DAYS ONLY.

The truth is Kenyans were tired of all the scandals Uhuru 's regime had. From the covid looting and many other scandals before. Uhuru has no moral authority to lecture anyone. In fact, his government was looking to expand the executive through BBI in which he would come back as a Premier. We need to stop babysitting this coward like he has anything to offer the revolution. It is better that he actually lost because now we have united with one enemy in the scope: the fall of the Ruto cabal will mean the fall of all cabals before them. He cannot wash his hands.

Here is a list of foreigners whom Evelyn Cheluget, the Director General of Immigration Services, has issued Kenyan passports to travel with. The orders to issue the passports came from the Statehouse. Number 6 is Zimbabwe’s Wicknel Chivayo, who is supposed to help Kasongo steal the 2027 elections. To apply for a Kenyan passport, you need a Kenyan identity card and an e-citizen account, and you have to pay. Whose account was used for this illegal passports application? Did they use a zero token where no payment was made? Why were the immigration officers told the applicants were Very Important Persons (VIPs) and to issue express passports? Please Google the list of names of those Ruto gave Kenyan passports. Post what you find on the comments. Selling Kenyan passports is evil but selling our passports to criminals is pure demonic behaviour! Ruto Must Go!

I do not know many things, but what am sure of is that when it will get to the crucial stage, where every move counts, there is one man who does not blink. There is one man who would stare the devil in his eyes and tell him, "this is mine, not even you can take it from me" William Samoei Ruto - A man dictates his own fate.
