@EvanHD @johnkroencke @British_Airways I use them half a dozen times a year for the last 10 years or so. Never had any issues and don’t see any better tech with other airlines particularly. What part is ‘clunky’?

Never fly @British_Airways! My flight to Madeira was delayed 20hrs due to wind but systems wouldn't let me check in, see my rebooking, or even confirm the flight was operating. There was no assistance offered. I lost my four night holiday. Now two weeks on I am still attempting to get money back. The first response acknowledged the delay — but the refund link didn't work. The second contradicted the first and marked me as a no-show (and claimed the original flight took off). The computer system must not work on their end either. No reply in seven days, including to a follow-up two days ago. @UK_CAA

Phew, it's been a busy 24 hours! A story this week from The @verge in the US about a man accidentally being able to view thousands of DJI robot vacuum cleaners and access their data has been making waves over here across the pond.
