Many people are obsessing over polishing the fishing pole while somebody else is already fishing in the lake full of hungry buyers. One Doc is debating prompts for six hours while the other is getting recommended by ChatGPT and booking new patient appointments. Guess who wins in the long term? The chiros and business owners who learn how to rank inside ChatGPT search NOW are going to have a ridiculous advantage over the people still treating AI like a toy. The “I want it now” mindset keeps most people unhappy, financially strapped, and stuck on a hamster wheel. Every wealthy person I've met is in the habit of delaying their gratification. The bigger the investment upside the longer the ramp up period. You've got to have a one, five, and ten year plan. What if you didn't break even for 6 months? How about 12 months?
