There were no fees until a few versions ago; they were introduced recently when you forced users to use wallets. You only recently removed the requirement by introducing a discount for those who use wallets. Until a few versions ago, there were neither fees outside of the individual payment nor a requirement to use wallets. Weren’t you using Stripe until recently? Why did you try to make me look stupid when I am/was a daily user of app, but with these prices, you're no longer more affordable than others. I’m sorry, next time try to not treat costumers like they’re lying

Other operators hide their mark up in the kWh price, we are being transparent here… you think we will operate a platform with employees and offices and loose money everytime for you to charge your EV ? Makes no sense we need to be sustainable and reasonable. I think we are

@luis_enriquez98 Yeah the top up fee is mostly the payment processing fee from Stripe, we are not going to loose money for you to charge your car, these fees are paid to stripe. Whats your point ?
