I can keep going all day:
-the inherent sexual tension of one character stopping what they're doing to help/show another how to do something
-when a character slips up and starts to reveal something, then a distraction pops up
-rolled sleeves and glasses. thats it thats the tweet

-when character A notices or calls out something that character B didn't realize they were doing (the Mortifying Intimacy of Being Seen)

AO3 does not need an app. AO3 does not need an algorithm. Nothing should be bumped to the top of the default browse except for new fics (which encourages posting) and you should be wholly responsible for filtering to find what you like. Very few websites are still like this.
