Last night, I had a design to do for this morning, but reading through the content... I was really clueless, so... While I was having a conversation with another graphic designer, he acknowledged that the content is so unique and as a result... Idealising a design concept for it truly demands a special effort. Sincerely speaking, it was becoming a mind puzzle at the time, and he said to help come up with an idea, but... My friend just slept off ooo! 🙆🤣🤣 Anyways, I stayed on the content and around 12am... An idea came. 🤭 Yea, I was skeptical at first, but the end result was so sweet. Fast forward to this morning... . . I sent the design to him and he was so surprised. According to him, he didn't know I would come up with something unique for that kind of content. 🤣🤣🤣 We Shaa laughed together, but I learnt something quite subtle. 👇 Every creative has two worlds. . The one everyone sees... . And the one where the ideas are born. When you focus more on the first, your creativity will become frustrated. So, explore more of the second world and allow your imagination flow like milk and honey. . . Now tell... Which of the worlds do you spend more time in?

Designers posting “Before & After” contents are shutting the door to potential clients. The problem with those kinds of content is that they are incomplete. The in-betweens could be where your ideal clients get sold about your work. How did you arrive at that decision? What problem were you trying to solve? What options did you discard in the brief, and why? What changed for the client or end users after the redesign? That's where the lead-generation content is. This is why when creating content for designers & design agency founders, I turn one client project into multiple content. - This was the problem - This is what we found during the discovery - This is the design direction we chose - This is what we designed - This is the outcome - And this is what the client had to say after everything was done. With these content, I position my client as an authority, show their expertise, and attract their ideal clients wanting to work with them.
