This account is going to change in a big way starting now. I don't have a huge follower count so I am not sure how many will care. But I want to be honest to those who do and to those who may in the future if this grows.
I did not start this with the intent of it being political, but that is what it has turned into and I do not like it. I am disengaging from political discussion on the internet, especially on this account. I am deleting my previous tweets and unfollowing and/or not interacting with most political content.
Political discourse on the internet is toxic and unproductive. I admit that I have been part of the problem, and it ends now. Old habits die hard. I studied political science in college, and at the time it was a topic I was very passionate about. I also have spent most of my life believing the system, however flawed it is now, can change.
The events of the past 6 years have dispelled that notion. It has become abundantly obvious that politics in America and to a lesser extent the west in general is a total clown show. At best we have the illusion of choice, at worst the problem is bottom up and a reflection of the public's values. The crashouts have been bad for my mental health, and probably the mental health of some reading these posts. They have been accurate, albeit in some cases hyperbolic, in identifying the problems. But powerless to do anything to solve them.
This is because as a population - you, me, everyone, WE are either unable or unwilling to do anything, and as such have lost the privilege to complain. We are too fat, too lazy, too drunk, too stupid, too greedy, too propagandized, too sinful, too arrogant, and most of all TOO COWARDLY among many other things to have that privilege. We have lost it and must earn it back.
This is a society that advocated people be put in camps over COVID lockdowns, and cheered on the genocide of Russians in the Donbass. We are a society that riots, burns, and loots over a drug dealer getting killed, but does not give a rats ass flying fuck about people EATING BABIES. We are a society of fat overgrown babies who are obsess with buying guns and rant about overthrowing the government and having a boogloo, without having the slightest clue how serious the consequences of that would be (death or imprisonment likely) and not having even a modicum of courage to back up these statements with action. One conspiracy theory after another comes true and we do nothing. We still go through the goyscanner, we still trade with China, we still call everyone who isn't a communist a conspiracy theorist, and we still complain about stupid shit like ICE and pronouns while OUR KIDS GET EATEN.
We have no national community or culture especially offline. Whether that be racial, religious, family, linguistic etc. We've allowed ourselves to become isolated coconuts while the people who seek to conquer us organize.
We are the fattest and most well armed slaves in world history and no political solution or revolution, peaceful or violent, can succeed. We are silly people. And that is being GENEROUS. A more honest assessment is that we are VICIOUS PEOPLE. We are evil. My name is evil kittens as a joke. But I feel I've been contributing to real evil by adding filth to this cesspool. I need to stop, and so do you. This isn't to say politics doesn't matter, but rather that we are in no shape to address political issues at this time.
We lack the national unity to resist politically/legislatively
We lack the community to peacefully resist or build a parallel society
And we especially lack the courage, organization, or grit to even THINK ABOUT a violent overthrow of the government as some RETARDS here have suggested.
The only way anything changes is if we become the best versions of ourselves and the best friends of each other so that we can have the strength, unity, and cohesion for one of the above options (preferably the peaceful ones) to become viable solutions.
We need to be training hard, having adventures, learning skills, getting right with God, building parallel structures, and enjoying life because tomorrow is not promised to any of us.
Therefore I will from this point forward focus on content that is productive to those ends, while also having a bit of fun and enjoying myself. I will focus on topics like fitness, guns, the outdoors/camping, aviation, survival, travel, religion (I am Christian), drinks, food, foreign languages, cigars, video games and other similar topics. These are the things we need to be focusing on to have a movement that is not a retarded shitshow and that can become organized enough to either be an effective political machine, opt out and build a parallel society independent of mainstream institutions without falling apart, and if worst comes to worst fighting a war for our freedom if the Epstein clan refuses to allow us to live peacefully. These are things we can organize around to build real connection, instead of being manipulated by whatever ideological agenda we are being told to listen to at the time.
I will make rare exceptions for geopolitics, politics involving the persecution of Christians, topics that are too tangential/adjacent to the above cultural topics to entirely avoid, and topics related to the threat of communism and how it can be stopped. These are topics I consider either too important to ignore, or that I have sufficient expertise in where I believe my opinion is of exceptional importance. I will also entertain humor as well. But even still these will be the minority of my content by a wide margin. I will also be on the internet less in general, as we need to touch grass and I believe the internet has contributed to delusion and psychosis in a lot of people including me. Go outside and meet people.
I will also be linking a YouTube channel soon. This will allow for increased quality and variety of content beyond what I am willing or able to post on X.
Let's change the world one person at a time. Starting with ourselves.
