Occupational therapists can make a much bigger impact on people’s lives than just in a rehab or hospital setting. We now work in a wide variety of non-traditional setting because we filter challenges through our OT skill set + come up with answers that no one else thought about!

Falls in older adults is serious stuff. The CDC reports that falls are the leading cause of injury death and that one out of four older people falls each year, but less than half tell their doctor! Falling once doubles your chances of falling again — it’s worth looking into WHY!
