@windowsinsider FWIW, 26220.8062 has bricked my PC - stuck on loading (black screen / circular icon). Going to WinRE and recovering to a previous point eventually gets the system up but as soon as it's offered the update again and tries to apply it... 💥 I've listed in Feedback Hub

Don't bother flying @British_Airways #ClubEurope. Arrived at Lanzarote for return flight to LGW, queued for 45 mins to check-in (only 2 lanes, no prioritisation in action). Denied Fast Track security with a shrug, and the only lounge was full.

@HMRCcustomers - when your online chat says "Our advisers are not available to discuss your query at the moment" and the only options offered are to *write a letter* or wait on hold for hours on the phone... is there an email option at least? Is this 2024 or 1924?

@HMRCcustomers Is there any way I can get confirmation that's what's happening? After waiting for ages on hold I spoke to someone who couldn't say anything more than "it's probably a security check, they'll write to you" - which hasn't happened.

@ewand Thanks Ewan. Usually if refunds are delayed it's due to security checks taking place. It can delay the refund by up to 8 weeks. Sofia

@HMRCcustomers Thanks - 6 weeks to respond + 8 weeks for security checks = 3 months. If I owed HMRC £5K would I get 3 months to pay it...? What's frustrating is that there's no info - where's my letter saying "we're doing some security checks" or any other response to my query?

@HMRCcustomers hi Sofia - it's tax refunds for Self Assessment I'm looking to get info on. I submitted a return in April that shows me due a substantial tax refund and so far it only shows as Pending online and haven't been able to find out why or when it will be paid. Thanks, Ewan

#2 FWIW, I already did the phone option. After an hour on hold, I was eventually told that they would write to me. That was 2 weeks ago.

@msonenote I'd love to have a profile type function, where I could have a "work" instance with certain notebooks open, and a separate "home" instance with others. It would make navigation and searching much easier

@sainsburys Is there anything you can do to help manage the crazy traffic at Calcot? My wife has been stuck in the car park for nearly 2 hours and hardly moved. @IKEAUK and @McDonaldsUK customers and poor traffic management is snarling up the whole junction!
