@makneta @DamianDemasi I started my first dev job 3 weeks ago too. Everyone is great, but it's a big adjustment.

@DamianDemasi As I started my first dev job only 3 weeks ago I'm trying to get used to sitting 8hrs in front of the computer. And I still have a lot of onboarding activities like meeting all teams my team is cooperating with or people I should know in the organisation. It's exhausting

If you work 40hrs a week as a developer, how much time do you spend learning tech outside your job? Or maybe you have time for learning during your working hours? Do you still have time and/or energy for side projects?
