WowBun.com sold for $2499 at @squadhelp
Purchased along with other yummy 😋 names from another domain selller on @squadhelp wholesale for $49 about nine month ago.
From my 182 domain portfolio...
I've totaled $14,888 in sales this month.
This came from 2 sales.
Both sales were .ai domains.
Both were short (2 and 6 letters), not traditional words (they were brandable deviations), and sounded like they could be Fortune 500 companies.
Interesting insights going forward.

DOMAIN SOLD! 🥳
After only 4 days of removing it from BrandBucket!
Was listed at BB for almost 2 years.
Sale price: $988
Purchase price: $9.73
Date sold: April 29 (yesterday)
Hold time: 2 years
Case Study:
This domain was one of the few I registered in my first month of #domaining. Back then, as a newbie, I believed the best thing I could do was to get my names on BB 😂 (big mistake), and this one got approved there in July 2022. But despite the low price of $1,645, no one bought it for almost 2 years. The domain even received a price reduction of -3%, making it $1,595, but it did not help.
ON APRIL 25:
I decided to list all my domains on Sedo (that's why I made this post)👇
x.com/JackDomainer/s…
So, in order to add TXT verification, I changed the NS of all my domains from Dan NS to #Porkbun default NS so I could add the TXT record for ownership verification at #Sedo.
ON APRIL 27:
I switched all the #domains back to Dan NS (which is why you see a sharp decrease and then a high increase in the views from the screenshot in this post)👇

I keep all the domains with Dan landers (even those that were previously listed at BB).
ON APRIL 28:
I received an offer at Dan for the domain I had listed on BB for about 2 years. I was really surprised; only 3 days after the domain was taken off BB, I began receiving offers. I tried to negotiate, but Mr. Zhang from Hong Kong 🇭🇰 didn't like that too much, so he bought it straight from #Afternic.
ON APRIL 29:
1-The buyer purchased the domain!
2-BrandBucket sent me a bunch of emails asking me to put the domains back there 😂 And that was the only time I felt good receiving an email from BrandBucket.
I WON'T PUT MY DOMAINS BACK ON #BrandBucket
Fun Fact:
What I also like about this is that I had another similar domain, just one letter different, which I let drop after holding it for one year. That #domain remained available until today, with no one picking it up. However, Mr. Zhang wanted to pay a premium for the one I kept. That was my proof that I did the right thing by dropping that one and keeping this one.
What can we learn from this?
That may seem like extra work, but from time to time, move all your domains, especially if you have them on premium brandable marketplaces with high prices. As we monitor domains we desire and await their expiration and dropping, similarly, companies or tech people monitor the domains you own that they want but don't want to pay the price for. So, once you change the Name Servers, they receive a notification and will check on your domain. If your domain is no longer in the brandable marketplace and is now more affordable, they may buy it!
Sold Stroopie․com for $3,000. It's a nickname for stroopwafel, which is a popular Dutch treat. Should I go buy some stroopwafels to celebrate? 🤪
BTW, the keyword has only 2 EMDs taken according to dotDB: dotdb.com/search?keyword…@afternic
Sold Snaresbrook․com for $500, it appears to be the name of a district in London, UK. Has anyone heard of this place before? Wondering if I sold it too cheap.
I have owned this domain for about 12 years, and for nearly a decade, I received almost no offers or interest from any party in purchasing it. Despite this, I continued to renew it. Recently, after receiving an offer of $500, I decided to let it go. 😀
Picked up the domain Woodcliff.com.
There are a couple hundred "Woodcliff" companies where this type of domain would be a serious upgrade.
I like domains that have a decent sized pool of potential buyers.
