Up until 1 August 2023, all Grizzl-e Smart units (working on @ChargeLabHQ software) have different hardware compared to new Grizzl-E Smart Connect - which we resuming production this Friday. (think of it like iPhone 1 and iPhone 2) Unfortunately, hardware versions supported by ChargeLab can not be reloaded with Grizzl-E Connect software due to hardware incompatibility. We need to physically add more hardware to that board, and it can not be done by customer. Must be done by our engineers at our facility. For those customers, who would like to upgrade existing Grizzl-e Smart produced before 1 August 2023 to Grizzl-e Connect software, we are going to launch the upgrade program. Customers would ship units to our offices in Canada or USA and provide return label, we will free of charge update the hardware and reprogram the unit with latest firmware, ship it back to the customer with provided return shipping label. Whole process should take not more then a week with shipment. Details will be published at grizzl-e.com web site under Grizzl-e Connect section (not live yet) on Monday, 2 of October.
