The darkest days of the year are right around the corner, and I’m thankful for my Red/Infrared light. This lamp doesn’t replace the sun, but consider getting one if you live anywhere that’s about to go dark and cold. I’m on my fourth year of using mine and it makes the seasonal death much easier to handle. It’s funny walking around and seeing more and more red-lit rooms at night. The word is spreading.
