@Fossil I bought an expensive hybrid watch to see time. But since then, all I am doing is looking for a service centre near me to get the battery replaced. There are no service centres in Delhi, forget about one near me. Plus, you have a terrible customer service. No response

@amazonIN didn’t even accept my review of the Seller. This is the hypocrisy. Plus every time I talk to the customer care, they ask me the same questions and at times even leave me on hold and disappear in the middle of the conversation. It’s a serious consumer harassment issue.

It has been almost a month now and @amazonIN hasn’t refunded me. I ordered a Toy for my nephew and received a bag of Cereal and Oats. I am going through the harassment everytime I speak to the customer care especially when I am the one who suffered a FRAUD from the seller… …
