@theatreandtonic But we all know loads of people won’t even pay it (or declare 👀)

@virginmedia Hi Virgin, was told by a customer service rep that I would receive my credit from overpayment back by yesterday and it has still not arrived. My service was disconnected back in May. Any support would be greatly received.

Hi Laura, sorry to hear of your billing concerns. You'll receive a final bill within a few days of your disconnection that will reflect the service dates the account was active. If your payment is due before your disconnection date, then you would receive prorate credits back for any dates after your disconnection you were charged for in the final bill.

Hi @virginmedia. My service was disconnected on 30/5 but I am being charged for the billing period 05/6-04/7. Surely that doesn’t make any sense and I should be charged £0? Bill currently states £51

Was out for the past 2 days and didn’t get sunburnt. Spent 10 minutes putting out the washing today and I’m a lobster.

Well that @cityandcolour presale was a joke. Been waiting on the @gigsandtours website since half 9 then at 10 page doesn't refresh...put into a que only to not get tickets. Gutted!!
