Manufacturers must also provide spare parts and repair manuals for at least 10 years after a model is released. This is real pressure against planned obsolescence. It should mean phones that actually last longer, cheaper fixes, and a lot less electronic waste piling up. About time.

Hey Galaxy Fam 👀 I noticed a huge difference between the Galaxy S26 Ultra and S25 Ultra displays. After using the S26 Ultra for a while, my eyes felt tired and slightly uncomfortable. Note: Both phones were set to 2K resolution, and Privacy Mode was turned OFF on the S26 Ultra. You can see the issue in the pictures below. I think Samsung needs to fix this issue ASAP.

TrchDroider complains, that the vieweing experience on the S26 with privacy screen enabled looks:faded and blurry". Thats because half of the screens pixels arent lit when privacy screen is on BUT... Nobody has talked about the power implications? :0
