@JamaiicanBeauty That sucks. There are apps that you can use that will call a support number for you and automatically go through the phone tree and get you to a human and then call you back so you don’t have to wait on hold. You might want to give it a shot. Good luck! gethuman.com

@ezpassny I am a totally disabled FL resident i have had FL expass for 10 years. On 10/1/21 I drove to NY from Tampa. Going thru several states, that recognized FL ezpass. NY did not. I attempted to pay this bogus bill at toll by mail. website is not handicapped accessible

Toll booths will be eliminated on NYS Thruway by end of the year. Drivers will be charged electronically by overhead device. For drivers without #EZPass, a photo of your license plate will be taken & you'll get a bill in mail. Rates will be higher for those without @ezpassny.
