So I was searching the US trademark database to maybe find new trademarks for the new ai vine app, and I searched for “xine” and this trademark came up, it was literally filed yesterday, to some guy named “John a niger” in Texas, and the company classification of the trademark is “streaming of video and audio material on the internet” like literally exactly the category vine fits into, so it’s either one of two things. This guy has a giga brain and bought out the trademark for 350 bucks cause he thinks that the new name will be xine and Elon will have to purchase the trademark off him, OR, this guys some sort of attorney and Elon is using this guy as an intermediary for privacy reasons so he can secure the trademark.
