The burial ceremony of the late Amanyanabo of Opobo has entered its main phase, and today will witness the largest cultural display in the South-South by the Nwoatam and Uke groups of the Opubo Kingdom paying their respects and honour to the deceased monarch. Here are the recap clips of what took place yesterday! 👇🏾 Credit to: ConnectOpobo, OpoboTV, etc. #AmanyanaboOpobo #Ijawapu #FarewellJaja #IbaniKingdom

The current approach of prioritising the "BIG GAMES" strategy is mainly demonstrated in how Luis Enrique manages Ousmane Dembele at PSG. Dembele consistently features in the UCL matches, with 12-13 appearances managed! Meanwhile, in Ligue 1, Dembele only played in 22 matches (just 11 starts)—which could be seen as a deliberate attempt to sacrifice him to prove a point about Mbappe's ego. Given that Dembele has been more successful and has won the Ballon d'Or over Kylian in the past two seasons, it isn't entirely unfair, especially considering the priority of Luis Enrique’s contracts regarding the UCL. Nonetheless, there is clear unfairness and inconsistencies here. Every football media outlet and pundit should be aware of this current system!👇🏾 Ousmane Dembele was named the Best Ligue 1 player despite playing fewer games, scoring fewer goals, and ranking third in assists. Throughout the season, Dembele was often unavailable, did not start in many matches, and only featured in up to 15 games! Yet, he was awarded Ligue 1 Best Player🤐. This situation is completely embarrassing and appears to be a modern distortion of football’s true spirit—a blatant robbery of the entire season’s effort, reducing the awards to celebrity status rather than acknowledging genuine sportsmanship and competitiveness over highlights and high-priority games like the UCL. This is unacceptable. I understand France is pushing for another Ballon d'Or possibility for him, but it's far too premature to overlook the real reasons behind awarding him the accolade over players like Marquinhos, Vitinha, or Kvaratskhelia. Ultimately, this style may just pave the way for a biased social media frenzy around big game engagements and viewing figures, which could highly influence votes for individual awards like the Ballon d'Or. If you go back into the 200s-2021. Players who won the most individual awards, best players and even Ballon Dor where a key players in every game, week in week out across major leagues, this is becoming acceptable and football is turning into a Viral aesthetics for frenzy and big games! Small games pave the way and progress is from consistency over time! For more details, see the photos👇🏾

Some of us have more serious issues in our lives but some people project their own failure on your life. I am currently trying to get Netflix on a project that I have not even completed but I have to halt because of my June 1st deadline I am currently trying to finish deals in Monaco for the Oil and Gas company I work with (What actually feeds me by the way) The NGO I work for has won the bid to host the very first ECOWAS Para Games and it’s been difficult to raise funds. I am literally battling to meet up with the deadline. My head is freaking full. But some people want you to leave your life and pursue their rubbish idle narrative.

So I’m ending my one month break by June 1st This one month I took off speaking or posting issues on Twitter to round up work on my book and other projects has opened me to a lot of understanding. I have seen for a fact how people can create an entire story for themselves and those who you expect to think properly will speak like they have authority and exclusive facts about your personal life. Apparently people run on idle-talk rather than facts, without asking questions. Spending time on noise making rather than strategising to win the election. So before I get back on twitter with my campaign season madness (And you all know how hard I go), I will be on a blocking spree towards the start of this election season. If you cannot think for yourself or ask questions but rather jump into conclusions, you shouldn’t be here in the first place. I would request @elonmusk that every user of X henceforth undergo an IQ test, too many people on Twitter definitely lack logical reasoning. Tomorrow, we get back to politics. And like I have always said, it’s Peter Obi or NOTHING.

For a video that's 25s, the commentator did not even mention her name... not even once! I remember people making excuses for the commentator, that he thought Danielle Williams was in the lead, but how about when the camera focused on Tobi Amusan after she had won the race? These are the issues! Tobi led this race, at least from the third barrier, but it was Williams and Keni Harrison, who both trailed her, that were talked about. Almost as if Tobi wasn't there...

You're instigating disunity. First paragraph "Yoruba." Second..." Tinubu". You need to have a thorough check on your niche and post! You're obsessed with Obi, is it tribal? Commonly, with how the failed Tinubu govt has fallen, coupled with the insecurity pandemic, you still find vague clauses to insert tribe supposedly? We have the most calm and enduring citizenship of any country, if not...

Deep down, many Nigerians are happy that Tinubu's govt failed because this justifies their internal unwarranted bigotry towards the Yorubas. And a lot of politicians never wanted Tinubu's administration to succeed in any way, so they can up their chances to recontest come 2027. Is Tinubu's govt a disappointment, yes; But was this what many hoped for, also yes. The one fundermantal truth many Nigerians don't realize is that a good or bad govt affects us all, regardless who your prefered choice was.

Those appointed in the cabinet, NASS, President are the ones you should be tagging with these types of questions. It's simply a diversion and mischievously arranged to divert responsibilities and criticism from those who have been paid (heavily spoilt by our taxes, over-padded gluttonous sects of govt servants) they're the ones elected to answer these baseless questions and empowered to think and create solutions! You sound myopic! Is like asking those families who are mourning their loss, or those children kidnapped, millions in IDP camps to answer this question. Try rest small✌🏾get conscience🔥

It's sounds like a good engagement question but here is the frightening flip side, for you to think he, PO can't improve or do better is to be completely traumatic, It's barbaric! That VDM's alleged voice recording and Bayo's post are the two sinister aspects of the current debate distraction, designed to divert our attention from the key issues. Because we have an overwhelming problem that makes it difficult to stay focused. Flash-bank aims to confuse and distract us from the inept policies and failures at the heart of security by BAT, which has continued to bring terror to our communities and families.

Your post is really funny, overpassing! Those Epistles, Paul wrote to those under his tutelage and the church. — AFL isn't your church member, he has the right to "ASK" questions, especially as he's a wider reader and compassionate of his Africa. Meanwhile, I thank God for his courage, brilliance, creativity and vision! Best of hi all his critique mind. He's a blessing to me and I knew when he left Nigeria and relocated to Kenya he was avoiding people like you, he even left X, explain how AFL is our problem as Nigerians, how he's the cause of the gullibility and humanism doctrines our regular big MOG have ruined this nation's spiritual growth, for greed, preaching lies meddled in partisanship and tribalism! False Teachers! Let God, who is greater and more powerful, decide; Don't take God's place! See that attached photo, it's deep and Catholicism played a huge role in the transatlantic slave trade, then the how questions, How? — through their teachings, church literature, that means those seminary archives, doctrines handed down, must be scrutinised and examined!

We want to talk about this regarding Apostle Femi Lazarus. A couple of days ago, here on Twitter, we saw some brethren saying AFL was now 'deconstructing'. They were showing concern that he was on a dangerous ideological path. Then today, we came across his latest podcast, and there, the concern became vivid. His latest guest is called Joshua Maponga, and once you get to know him in a short while now, you'd might see our concern, too. Firstly, Maponga is a popular and controversial figure known for his very questionable teachings. He was formerly a Christian until he recently renounced the faith. In fact, he was a bishop in the Seventh-day Adventist Church until he was excommunicated in 2020. Why was he? Well, here were the reasons given by the church. He said blasphemous things, such as calling Jesus 'this boy.' At one time, he said, "The day a white Jesus dies for Black people, I will believe in a white Jesus. The white people and their white Jesus promise Africans gold in heaven while they are taking gold from Africans. It does not make sense at all that you are being promised to walk on gold in heaven while they are taking gold from you." This is the person an apostle in charge of the sheep of Jesus has platformed. It gets worse. Maponga made it clear that he abandoned Christianity several years ago to embark on a pilgrimage of reconnecting with Mother Earth. In doing so, it forms part of a healing process for discovering his ancestral roots and reconnecting with cultural connections. When Maponga was excommunicated from the Seventh-day Adventist Church, he began a pilgrimage. He regards it as reconnecting with Mother Earth for a spiritual healing process aimed at reviving his "ancestral roots." He indicated that he had found his new church in the caves when he said: "There is healing in the silence of nature. Take time to experience nature. Listen to the rocks & birds. Take off your shoes and walk on the ground; there's no need for a pilgrimage to Mecca, Israel, or Nigeria. Go to the sanctuary of nature and renew your soul…This is my new church." So, we have an apostate, an idolater, a hater of God in fellowship with an apostle. The reason we are sharing this is to first raise an alarm and ask the body of Christ to quickly intervene and help AFL. Secondly, to raise a warning because this is dangerous to the flock of God. Why are you introducing an apostate and a sorcerer, and an idolater to God's people? Paul said: 2 Corin. 6:14 “Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?” What fellowship? What is the charge to apostles? Paul said: 1 Tim. 4:16 “Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.” That is it. Only the doctrine of Christ saves the church. It is the word that builds us till the day of Christ. Not the doctrines from those who have rejected God, like Maponga. Finally, Paul said: “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.” — 2 Tim. 4:2 That is the charge. This is what Apostles must do. Apostle Femi Lazarus is on an ideological path that holds grave danger to the body. We are calling now and raising the alarm that the authorities should intervene now, since believers are at stake. As Paul said, “As I urged you when I was going to Macedonia, remain at Ephesus so that you may charge certain persons not to teach any different doctrine,” — 1 Tim. 1:3 May God help us all. Amen

It's pointless from a stats standing looking at football's greatest competition to truly classify it as a "WORLD CUP". If it's fair and exciting in real reality why have just two teams from two continent have been winning it so far? 22×: Europe and S. America teams only. Again, other footballers from indigenous backgrounds like Africa, Asia, Australia etc, have only been able to win it WHILE representing either European or South American Nations at the WC! The current format and increased teams, especially focusing on African teams—still haven't built the confidence of " a possibility of African teams winning it," am not even seen a gig, a skit or a podcaster's dream to say it. Again only eight teams combined, Europe (5) and South America (3) have lifted the "WORLD" cup historically. What could be the setbacks and difficulties for the 80% of the participants, spanning across 5 continents? Because even today, weeks before the World lights up and the kick off whistle sounds, the potential teams to win have been promoted and hyped from talent to statistical arguments are between three to four teams. F, S, P, A. Not much has changed, just more making " MONEY" with true passion and inspiration has been expelled on the FIFA table of priorities! Just hyped and in participation bonuses and views, Gold Cup cup will return to Europe or South America. PREDICTABLE! #2026WorldCup

First, pay their last respect! Tradition — Some others even use a see-through casket that allows anyone to see from the waist up! To confirm as a witness to a genuine funeral. It's also a time of reflection and thoughtfulness! It's not a compulsory thing. Ecclesiastes 9:5 KJV For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.

🚨🗣️ JUST IN: Roy Keane BLASTS MIKEL ARTETA after leaked “Champions of Europe” comments “Arrogance. Absolute arrogance. You haven’t won the thing yet and you’re already talking like the job is done. That is exactly the problem with Arsenal, too much emotion, too much celebrating before anything is actually achieved. If I’m PSG and I hear that, I’m putting it on the dressing room wall immediately. You’ve just handed them motivation for free. Real elite teams stay quiet, do the talking on the pitch, then celebrate after. Arsenal fans will call it confidence, I call it getting carried away again. And let’s be honest, if this goes wrong on Saturday, people will remember these comments for a very long time. At some point Arsenal fans need to stop treating ‘belief’ like silverware. Football doesn’t care about speeches, it cares about winning finals.”

"I'm supporting Peter Obi because of his performance in Anambra when he was the governor." Good argument. So where is Anambra today? Is it the best state in Nigeria? By what metrics? If it is not the most developed state in Nigeria, what then is Peter Obi's legacy in Anambra State? During his tenure there was good governance in Amambra State let's agree. After he left office, the state collapsed again as a result of newer corrupt leaders who could not follow up on his governance style, correct? If that is the case, is that your solution for the Nigerian problem? 4 years of good governance, eternity of disarray? What happens after this good man finishes his 4 years? Do you now see that the problem is the system more than the personnel? And Peter Obi himself is a victim of the system. If I govern you for 8 years and the prices of food are down and my successor returns the inflation I wasted 8 years of your time doing nothing. It's just basic critical thinking. To solve the Nigerian problem you need at least 15 years of consistent troubleshooting and bootstrapping. If you want to follow the current political structure it can't work therefore you have to spend 4-6 years restructuring the political system and economic model. Before you draw your stupid Tinubu card. If I tell you what I think you and I should do to Tinubu the DSS will arrest me in the next 24 hours.

Peter Gregory Obi work ethics and his physical discipline should be a compulsory textbook for any vision minded African LEADER to study. ✌🏾If I were to be a politicians today, he definitely would be my model 100%. 💹If I were to list businessmen as my model, he will be at the 1st and 2nd position. 🌱If I were to choose marriage counsellors for my marriage PO will be one of those at the top in my list. 🫵🏾If I were to teach my children about true generic leadership figures to look up to as citizens, PO will be at number one and two. #OK2027 Peter is coming '27.
