Online backgammon is rigged. playok.com is a fake ass site. Somebody should go displace them and do verifiably random rolls.

@facesofCAGE @primus1terpares So 11 people who are already rich have to split like $11 BILLION dollars worth of tokens, and you're worried that it might go down to 9bn if they airdrop tokens?

1/11 Most people arguing against a HL S3 fear it would crash $HYPE. The fear is real but mostly misframed: bearish arguments are short-term, bullish arguments are structural. That asymmetry matters. Decomposing both sides 👇

@primus1terpares Also not reflected is the situation where fee generation skyrockets from added liquidity and future season anticipation -> more fees, more buybacks

Micron is the new world order. People couldn’t believe I full ported after it being up already 500% on the year. That’s not the right way to look at investments. 🚀

@androolloyd They said point program ended bc it was the only one running at the time + you can change what you write on Github not on a whitepaper tokenomics 🤣 this argument doesn't make sense

Imagine believing a full burn of 1/3 of the supply is more plausible than an airdrop when: "Rewards & emissions" is literally the opposite of a burn. The project's already burning at a pace never seen in history. The team could've burned the genesis remainder but chose to reallocate it to this exact pocket. Question is: are people pushing this theory dumb af or just too lazy to have used HL since Genesis?

@alex_hunter20 It's 2030, hip10 is live, hype is $36 dollars, jeff and team all have their Monaco ivory towers, all of finance is housed, the Henrik fella is posting about why s3 is coming in the next week, jeff gets bored and moves on. Kmafia finds a front end change to 2090....

That’s why an airdrop is necessary and it can’t be based on fees alone If it is you’ll end up with the same problem where the top 100 capture like 90% of the airdrop lol
tigerzz.hl@TheCrypterG

@alex_hunter20 We need more tokenholder. It’s unacceptable for a single major investor to have such a huge influence. Let’s increase the number of tokenholder to 2 million ASAP.

@alex_hunter20 No, people insist that 1,300 tokenholders is sufficient and that a $40bn FDV token should be squeezed by a $30m short despite millions in daily buybacks.

there’s no good reason hyperliquid isn’t in the top 3 right now it’s making the most revenue, has the best tokenomics, the most compelling product, and the strongest team the only thing missing is a delusional army of bagholders... and i'm actively working on fixing that

@Henrik_on_HL Want one more reasonable question? Compare points page js files from apr-may 2025 (after first airdrop) and current version. Question is: why someone need to make micro improvements in points image card in that period? Hyperliquid.

$HYPE distribution: 38.888% community rewards & emissions + 4% unclaimed 1st airdrop = ~43% still left to distribute Most of this will likely flow out through staking emissions over time. But importantly, that still leaves clear room for another airdrop. > If everything was purely meant for emissions, why explicitly label it “community rewards” instead of just staking incentives? > The ~4% unclaimed tokens were clearly allocated for an airdrop, there’s no obvious reason to suddenly repurpose them.

To be honest, $HYPE has the potential to break into the top 5, which would give it a current valuation of $83 billion, ~$350 per token. Honestly, the only question is... when?

Thanks @domcooke for spending months on researching and writing this piece. Einstein once said, "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." By that measure, Dom has blown me away with how deeply he came to understand Hyperliquid and what we're all building together. When someone asks what "housing all of finance" means, I'm proud to point them to this piece. I hope readers appreciate just how much Dom and his team put into their work. It reflects the thoughtful craft that is in Hyperliquid's DNA. Special thanks to @patrick_oshag for taking a bet on Hyperliquid's story.
Colossus@colossusmag

This is the story of Hyperliquid, the most profitable startup per employee on earth, told from a guarded office in Singapore. Last year, its team of 11 generated $900 million in profit. It's 3 years old, has never taken a dollar of venture capital, and is beginning to change how century-old markets work. Its founder, Jeffrey Yan (@chameleon_jeff), had never taken a physics class when he picked up a textbook at 16. Two years later, he won gold at the International Physics Olympiad. In 2019, he started trading with $10,000 from a living room in Puerto Rico—working off a television because he didn't own a monitor. Within 3 years, he was running one of the largest anonymous crypto trading firms. Then he shut it down. Yan was rich and free, but he had spent years inside crypto, watching it betray itself. Bitcoin's central premise was decentralization. Yet the biggest exchanges were centralized. Crypto kept reintroducing the dependence on trust it was built to eliminate. He set out to create what should have existed. Hyperliquid is a blockchain with a trading exchange on top, and anyone can build on it. Yan's vision is to house all of finance. In 3 years, it has done over $4 trillion in volume. And in the past few months, it has begun to outgrow crypto. Markets for oil, silver, and the S&P 500 now trade on Hyperliquid around the clock, weekends included, and are growing roughly 40% week on week. When the US and Israel bombed Iran on a Saturday in February, Hyperliquid was the venue traders turned to. Hyperliquid's success has cost Yan his freedom. He works out of a secret office in Singapore and cannot travel without two bodyguards. Even the team's housekeeper doesn't know what they do. In January, @domcooke spent a week at their office. Read his profile on Yan and @HyperliquidX below.

My theory is this profile on Jeff and Hyperliquid confirms s3 airdrop and future distribution You don’t do a highly complimentary piece like that without something coming down the pipe (as a highlight introspective, deliberate team that has been publicity shy for 3 years)
