@TfL I have used my Apple Pay to travel twice, and been charged double both times on different occasions. I usually use my Oyster Card, but forgot it one day so used Apple Pay. I used it on Monday, was charged on Tuesday for £18.50 and have another charge for £19.50 coming out

@TfL … and that call was over a week ago. I tried to call back but I’ve been on hold for close to 30 minutes which is insane. Is there another for you to refund me my money?

@TfL I called up regarding my second refund but your team say it’s not in the system (which is kind of my point). I have been charged almost ) £20 for travel I didn’t take. When I called, your team said I should respond to an email with a screenshot, I have not received an email…

I have been double charged using my Apple Pay on my phone multiple times on TFL, so people should always check their banking app incase YOU guys take more than you should☺️
