Ceuta y Melilla jamás han sido Marruecos, Ceuta concretamente en todo caso debería ser devuelta a Portugal y Melilla a nadie porque siempre ha estado en Castilla.

@FatimaHHossain La solución más sencilla es que España devuelva Ceuta, Melilla y las Islas Chafarinas al Reino de Marruecos. Son territorios marroquíes cuya restitución permitiría cerrar definitivamente este asunto.
