Let me tell you, it's absolutely heartbreaking when all I've done in the last 7 years is try to and onboard bakers, one-by-one... troubleshooting with them at 1am as they're down to get them back up... helping them get enough stake to start baking... And this is the result.

Good news: tz4 adoption is at 31%! Need 50% to activate major benefits. (basically less bandwidth used for consensus/baking) Bad news: We're down to just 215 bakers. We lost half of our bakers since I started. (source: tezos.systems)
