@PTCLCares Assalam-u-Alaikum, I am using an internet connect vDSL with 20mbps download and 10mbps upload speed but my parameters are almost half of the required ones for 3 days. Please help to get it fixed. thank you.

@PTCLCares I have got a call from PTCL helpline and the recommended me to upgrade my connection from 15mbps to 35mbps and they clammed that my area is supported for this offer. But after the upgrade I am not getting the offered speed nor the parameters. Please check, thanks!
