今天人在上海，参加 BAYC @BoredApeYC 的活动。
说实话，今天这趟来得挺值。
很多 X 上认识好几年的朋友，也有微信多年了，今天终于线下面基了。
这种感觉还挺奇妙的。
以前都是头像对头像，今天变成真人坐一桌，吃吃喝喝，聊市场、聊 NFT、聊世界杯、聊这几年链上的破事。
很松弛，也很惬意。
有些朋友真的是认识几年了，第一次见面，但一点不尴尬。
一坐下来就跟老熟人一样。
这大概也是 Web3 最有意思的地方吧，平时大家各自在不同城市一起口嗨，一起吹牛，真见面了发现：
原来屏幕后面都是一群这么有意思的猴子🐒，哈哈哈
和兄弟们喝的非常开心，今晚可以早点休息了，
也不看球了。这场说实话，也没有什么可看性。

The BAYC welcome has been unreal.
I’ve spent years building products across Web2 and Web3, mostly behind the scenes.
For a long time, I thought shipping was everything.
The more I build, the more I realize there’s a lot to learn outside the dev bubble.
Time to share more of the journey.

One thing I’ve learned building Web3 products:
After contracts are audited, UX can’t just move freely anymore.
Every change has to consider contract constraints, security assumptions, audit scope, and time cost.
In Web3, UX often has to orbit around the contracts.
Painful, but also what makes onchain product design interesting.

I’ve wanted an Ape ever since @machibigbrother first introduced me to BAYC shortly after the mint. Meeting @mfigge and the Yuga team at Tuesday’s Taipei meetup finally gave me the push to join the club. Big thanks to 大哥 for helping me find my forever Ape.
