@LeeSince95 Clearly no one watched the game. 5th game in 8 days off a back to back with Ausar, Beef, Harris, Levert out (plus Ivey/Sasser still out). He was getting pressed and hounded all game and the team was gassed. The dude is a leader of men. He did what he had to do.

@billbarnwell Really high draft picks? For 2026 - it wont be worse that 22-25? Then maybe in 2027. But the Colts in essence gave up 1 pick because Sauce would be a top 3-5 pick if in next years draft and they get him now (yes he's $$$). So in 2027 it might sting, but rather go down swinging.

@WaHouseGOP Combining revenue, inflation, and population on a single percentage axis is statistically misleading, because it implies proportional equivalence among fundamentally different measures. It exaggerates how much “faster” revenue is growing compared to inflation and population.

@WaHouseGOP An absolutely horrific use of a line graph. Any statistics professional would tell you this data is highly misleading. Also...From ChatGPT - Different metrics shouldn’t share a single baseline - Percent change exaggeration - Unclear axis normalization

@danpfeiffer The fact that this has gone unchecked for years and not one Democrat has made fun of him mercilessly is crazy to me. He has said this dozens of times. Of course he will probably deflect, but you have to callout his stupidity. It puts holes in the idea these are masterminds.

@NoLayingUp @BigRandyNLU Does an LPGA major need to move to the fall? There is so little meaningful golf from Labor Day onwards. They have 5 majors, why not move one to the fall and try to create some juice for golf starved fans.

@BrooksAustinBA Kicking is relatively easy for anyone who played high school soccer or above. But if your soccer ended at 8 years old or you never played, its a skill that is foreign to many. Like watching someone swing a golf club for the first time.

Pat McAfee setting out to prove kicking is hard… While losing millions to random kids launching nukes proving kicking is easy is hysterical to me.

@M_Sol28 @NFLFrascella Plays are called before things happen. Hard to account for a QB tripping on his center. The way that half the defense looked engaged and half didnt, makes me wonder if there was confusion about letting them score or not. Rarely is effort an issue with KC on Def.

@SharpFootball The Cardinals with the single worst loss in NFL History. If it wasn't 2 horrific franchises we would talk about this game for 20 years. The run into the line of scrimmage on 3rd and 7 by the Cards was a chefs kiss of horrific football.

@KylePorterNS Until the US (from the top down) creates a vision and builds a unique culture/identity for this event with leadership behind it, they will continue to lose. You cannot copy culture. It has to built unique to your own characteristics. The US still doesnt understand that.

Europe often does just make more putts. They did this week. Leaving it at that, though, is wholly unsatisfactory. It’s more instructive (and interesting!) to ask *why* they make more putts. After 30 years of this (they’ve won 11 of 15), I refuse to believe it’s just statistical randomness.

@KVanValkenburg I actually think Phil would be a great captain. I know his career is filled with insane moments, but deep down he is a golf junkie who did like the team events and nurtured some guys along. That said - there is no way leadership could appoint him captain now. Too much damage.

The U.S. is truly trending toward Oak Hill beat down territory but without the comedy, and that is the worst case scenario — inept *and* boring. Phil would have understood the assignment so much better.

@SheilKapadia You have to go for it. 50 yards or 90 yards for Lamar doesnt make a difference. The first down was more valuable than 40 potential yards. Unless you are punting to Rattler or someone like that, go for it (and even then go for it).

There would have been a whole lot of complaining about that decision to go for it on 4th-and-2 if the Lions failed. Instead, crickets. Dan Campbell's process is sound. He and the players can live with the results. They play to win. The aggressiveness pays off once again.

@NoLayingUp @PeteButtigieg @TronCarterNLU @BigRandyNLU If people want to hate Pete...do it. If you want to disagree with him...fine. But the man is well informed. The level of depth he goes into right off the top of his head is impressive. He also brings energy and enthusiasm to the conversation. A great listen.

@the_det_times I will fall for this engagement bait. Absolutely not. Not even close. He works for the Lions and his speed is a differentiator, but he is not polished and not close to a complete WR. I would put him in the 30-40 range (maybe even lower). He is a modern day DeSean Jackson.

@RepMGP Voting by mail is so much better. You can review the ballots/booklets and take your time to vote at home and mail it in. It also helps to take your time with down ballot races I might be less familiar with. I come from an in-person state (MI) and hands down WA state is better.

In Washington, as well as in most states in the West, the only way we vote is by mail. Paper ballots are the gold standard of election security, and voting by mail is great for working people who don’t have time to stand in line all day. I proposed an amendment to help protect vote-by-mail, and I'll keep defending states' constitutional right to conduct their own elections.

@TmMilanMillo 34 goals and 20 assists in 103 games. So a contribution every other game. That is good in any league in the world. There are CFs that dont do that.

No bullsh*t, no social media, no drama, doesn't complain, you put him RW-LW-ST-AM-CF a starter or comes from the bench, plays the damn ball how it's supposed to be played, assists, scores and secures you a game. I ❤️ Pulisic

@FBallAnalysisYT Flags - 2 new coordinators - 9 away games - extremely hard away schedule - tough division - margins in the NFL are small and if you add up the above elements, its not a bad bet. That said, elite teams find a way and I think they are elite and expect them to win 11-12 games.

@KVanValkenburg Crazy thought.....just drop the captaincy. If you want to play so badly, play. But you should not be allowed to do both. This is Keegan freaking Bradley, not a titan of the sport. It is insane that he has been put in this position and no one has taken the keys away from him.

Keegan Bradley wanting, more than anything, to make the Ryder Cup team for a decade and finally playing well enough in a year when HE is the one who has to make the mature decision to leave himself home is some "Are Greek Gods messing with me?" stuff. A wild test of humility.

@ForePlayPod Wild idea. If he wants to play, great - he should give up the captaincy. Its ridiculous for him to try and do both. Keegan probably should be on the team, but he is not good enough (don't think anyone is) to be a playing captain.
