I went back 8 years into Montgomery County's public court records. I built three automated scrapers, pulled over 10,000 criminal cases from that courthouse, scanned hundreds of news articles, and cross-referenced every finding against the court's own system. Tomorrow I am releasing the full report. Every case, charge, and bail amount side by side with Dalton's. We will see what the specific people in this courthouse considered appropriate bail for confessed child killers, double murderers, convicted felons who killed multiple people, murder defendants who fled the state, and murder defendants who were rearrested while already out on bond. The numbers are worse than you think. And the bail amounts I found were the initial amounts, most were likely reduced further at subsequent hearings. The bail hearing is May 21. The data will be in his attorney's hands before then and every media outlet willing to report on it. And most important you sharing it. Notifications ✅ Pray for Dalton. I don’t think a dog should be euthanized when it may be someone’s pet could’ve been friendly but who’s lost and may have approached the children not expecting them to be abusive to him. There are so many kids lately abusing animals that have been either lost or dumped by their owners.

This animal control officer received a call that a dog attacked a child and tried to attack a second one.
So the officer and his supervisor showed up. The plan was for the supervisor to tranquillize the dog and the officer would chase it.
They showed up, found the dog, and the supervisor hit him with a tranquilizer and then the dog took off running and the chase was on.
As you can see it was a very long chase but the officer kept pace (apparently he runs marathons) until the tranquilizer kicked in and the dog stopped and laid down.
A tranquilizer can take up to 30 minutes and sometimes they require multiple doses depending on the dog.
He said the dog looks to be a red golden/chow mix.
He said the child had to get a couple of stitches but was going to be fine. The dog was quarantined and will be euthanized when the quarantine is over.
I’m glad the child was alright.
And I’m glad the officer was compassionate with the dog.
Did you know it took that long for a tranquilizer to kick in? (I didn’t).
Do you think if a dog attacks a person it should be an automatic euthanization?

I pulled every murder and attempted murder case from Montgomery County's public court records under DA Robert Nash. 16 cases. Not one exceeded $250,000 bail.
Nash never requested no bond for any of them.
Then Dalton Eatherly was charged with attempted murder where nobody died, in self defense, Nash requested complete detention, and the judge set bail at $1,250,000. Every case number is verifiable. The data is below.

The simple reality of life and law in the UK disproves your thesis. If the UK has freedom of speech, these insane laws, like the Online Safety Act, would have never made it out of the House of Lords or Commons, it certainly would have been ruled unlawful, but it hasn't. In order to lose something, you must have had it to begin with. There are no such things as implied rights, no right exists unless it is not only codified, but exercised with impunity. Perhaps the originalist intent of our Constitution is rooted in the UK, or old England, from the Magna Carta. All but THREE clauses of the Magna Carta have been repealed from English Common Law, they have never had the right to freedom of speech and likely never will, not under this sick and perverse regime.
