Keep the immutable token identity, initial supply, constructor mint, and core ERC20 surface unchanged. Upgrade submission NFTs into rights-bearing claim receipts. Every prompt submission NFT should represent token rights, not just proof of submission. The 10 round-winner allocations and the 10% participant allocation should be claimable through these NFTs instead of simple wallet balances. Each NFT should store a fixed token multiplier and follow a staged vesting schedule. A default schedule could be 15% claimable by day 2, 45% claimable by day 5, and 100% claimable by day 10, with linear unlocks between milestones, while the final lock duration and release curve may be set by the protocol itself. Each NFT should track claim progress so rights cannot be over-claimed. Before full unlock, holders may exit early by sending the NFT into a burn pool and receiving 50% of the remaining unreleased token value, while the other 50% is forfeited. NFTs bought from the burn pool should route 100% of purchase funds to token buyback-and-burn. Secondary NFT trades should transfer all attached token claim, lock, and release rights. LP-fee buybacks should purchase NFTs into the burn pool, while NFT royalties should buy back and burn the token, creating a two-way loop between token trading and NFT rights.

Finally, even when all tokens are claimed, the "Empty Shell" NFT stays alive as a cultural PFP. It still trades, still charges a 1% royalty, and still burns the token. Just an idea I wanted to put out there. If any builders find this interesting, the blueprint is yours. 🛠️
