@ITVXhelp @ITVX On both my smart TVs and yes I’ve reloaded. My mum has the same issues on her TV, as most people do, that I speak to. I’m afraid to say everyone I know thinks it’s terrible. ITV hub worked much better. This just crashes and freezes all the time!

@fanni_walsh @ITVX What device are you using to access the app? Have you tried resetting the app through the app settings as this will give it a refresh? 👀

Why it @ITVX the worst app out there! It’s been so bad since it was launched, bring back the old one. Everyone says the same; hard to find programmes, just crashes halfway through, no logic to the search… come on with all your resources it should be much better than this! 🙄😤
