@RanvirShorey @MoCA_GoI This 0-8 minute free pickup time explanation is funny because once you enter the tower from there to reach pickup point sometimes ends up taking 10 to 15 minutes due to congestion and mismanagement inside and then loading luggage and getting out takes 10 plus minutes due to a cue

@RanvirShorey @MoCA_GoI The design of the airport itself demands long walks and unorganised chaos from the time you land itself till the pick up points which causes delay for both passengers and drivers. I wear a prosthetic leg and I sometimes feel I am in a race to reach the pick up.
