@business 2 more .5% interest rate hikes in next 6 months already forecast. This will be like 2017/18 - prices go down to what they were 12 months ago and when interest rates stabilize, prices go straight back up. Places like Brampton will see a much bigger drop.

@Big_Orrin @Gugo907 Ok but can you actually find those prices anywhere? Also if the prices are discounted why wouldn't this just be an arbitrge opportunity for someone to ship this for higher prices. Almost all the spr is on the coast with some having water loading capabilities.

@garquake $tve & $bte have trading, almost, in synch up until 6/8 weeks ago. Sometimes tve was a little higher, sometimes bte. They have more than a $1 to catch up. Brian undersells his company every presentation. I want a $100wti deck. You're talking 20%+ dividend
