I lost my phone earlier today.
I had left it on top of my car while chatting with someone.
Then forgot about it when we were done.
By the time I got to my destination, I couldn't recall exactly where I left it.
I dialed this number 27 times.
At the 28 time, a man picked.
He said, "come to Pepsi junction, Idoro road."
When I got there, he told the story of how he ended up with the phone.
He said he was right behind me and saw the phone fall off.
Then he parked and picked it
But he said something interesting—
He said with how the phone fell, he had thought it was thrown out.
That he thought it was a kidnapping situation—where I grabbed the phone and threw it out—because he saw a girl at my passenger seat.
That he was going to the police before I started calling.
I thanked him profusely and sent him some money.
We still have amazing people out there.
