@farweeeezy I manage the place. Cancelling rent is cancelling my job & giving me 0.0 incentive to maintain the building. What Bernie is describing is that true mean kind of socialism. It’s taking something away from me & giving me nothing in return while making my life impossible to live.

So what will the landlords do if their source of income is taken away?

@farweeeezy I own an office building with my sister. We aren’t billionaires nor are we loaded to the gills. We have a small building and a diner in it and are BLEEDING cash every day. We’re in our 20’s trying to earn our way up. Cancelling all the rent would devastate and bankrupt us.
