Stick to the basics. Every. Single. Day. Do your job. Sweat the details. Put the team first. Be attentive. Ignore the noise. Speak for yourself.

Don’t hire for “culture fit.” Hire the misfits.

Unsure what the right thing to do is? Think about what Facebook would do in a similar situation and do the opposite.

Don’t be authentic on social media. It’s so overused that it has become meaningless. Instead, determine what differentiates you or your brand and create content in support of those differentiators. Being authentic means creating content that only makes sense if you posted it.
