It is concerning that an INEC IT Director lacks a basic understanding of how two-factor/multi-factor authentication (2FA/MFA) protocol works.
That you need to have a direct access to the registered email or phone nos to validate authentication to be successful.
As a result, you cannot use a random email or phone number copied from somewhere for this purpose, it's security by design.
Amupitan needs to go.
