Very unintelligent Senate President All week, INEC and the Presidency have been battling how to deny that tweet. Here is Akpabaio confirming Amupitan’s tweet. They could not even come together to agree on how to lie the lie.
Oyindamola🙄@dammiedammie35

“ They brought out a tweet where the Amupitan says “Victor is sure”. He did not say, ‘Victory is sure for APC or PDP.’ He only said, ‘Victory is sure.’ ” - Senate President Akpabio backs up INEC chairman 😂🫵🏽

@lindaikeji A leader knows better than to admonish the principals and administrators of the school, in the presence of the students. Much of what this Peter Obi does, is recklessly for attention and political clout; there is no deep thought into engineering change, without incidental damage.

“The only reason you’re still in service is because you’re lucky the bishop is here. By my nature of training, you won’t have a job by the end of the day.” Viral 2013 video shows Peter Obi as Anambra governor scolding a principal and teachers for arriving at school as late as 9am.

It is concerning that an INEC IT Director lacks a basic understanding of how two-factor/multi-factor authentication (2FA/MFA) protocol works. That you need to have a direct access to the registered email or phone nos to validate authentication to be successful. As a result, you cannot use a random email or phone number copied from somewhere for this purpose, it's security by design. Amupitan needs to go.

🇳🇬 EXPOSED - NIDCOM Boss Abike Dabiri-Erewa’s Vulgar Social Media Meltdowns Undermine Nigeria’s Global Image, Fuel Diaspora Profiling The Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, is under growing criticism from Nigerians for repeated use of insulting and unprofessional language on social media, with concerns that the conduct is damaging Nigeria’s international reputation. Her posts in April 2026 have drawn particular attention. In one instance, she wrote “Obingo 😩 Obi diot 🤣🤣🤣,” widely seen as a jab at supporters of Peter Obi. In other exchanges, she referred to Nigerians as “professional hackers,” “warped minds,” and used terms such as “Didinrin,” “Dodoyo,” and “mugu.” This is not an isolated pattern. In June 2024, she described journalist Samuel Ogundipe as “useless,” “miserable,” and “pathetic,” reinforcing concerns raised by Nigerians about her approach to public communication. Nigerians say the role of the NIDCOM chairman requires disciplined and measured engagement, especially when representing citizens abroad. Public communication from that office carries international visibility and reflects directly on the country. Many Nigerians in the diaspora already face scrutiny in different countries, and there are concerns that statements from a senior official that appear hostile or dismissive could reinforce negative perceptions and weaken Nigeria’s image. The issue remains clear. Public officials at this level are expected to communicate with restraint and professionalism, and Nigerians say repeated departures from that standard continue to raise serious questions about the country’s global standing.

In this fact-checking video, we examine the accuracy of Peter Obi’s recent claim that Nigeria is the lowest per capita consumer of electricity globally. While the country’s power crisis remains a significant hurdle for development—with generation often fluctuating near 4,000 megawatts and consumption sitting at approximately 144–165 kWh per person—data from the International Energy Agency (IEA) reveals the claim is false. Although Nigeria’s consumption is among the lowest globally and well below the African average of 617 kWh, several other nations, including Chad and Somalia, record even lower levels of electricity use. We break down the current statistics, compare Nigeria to its continental peers, and provide the essential context behind these critical energy metrics. Daily trust
