@SCUncensored I totally get that breakers are going to make profits no matter what so it made sense for them to buy, and maybe I'm just being naively idealistic, but it shouldn't be too much to expect the manufacturer to at least provide the bare minimum information before selling it.

@fazzle1 There is no place in no universe that a Chrome box can deliver 725 dollars in value for a personal rip from a regular collector. But that doesn't mean there aren't avenues where its not blind faith at all. Breakers can move slots at this to people like me lightning fast.

@RunGoodLife To me the crazy part is that Topps has given absolutely zero information about what the exclusives in the FDI release are numbered to or what they look like. I'm not shocked it sold out at this price, but that's also a TON of blind faith to put in them.

$725 sell out for Chrome WWE First Day Issue (FDI) will shock a lot of folks, but we expected this. Talked to a couple major breakers in the wrestling card space, the consensus among all (self included) was that this would sell out above $650. It's really easy to blame breakers here, especially ones who run Pick Your Wrestler breaks, but the lack of backstock inventory on the market at accessible prices is the real culprit. 2025 Finest WWE is $525. 2025 Chrome WWE is $600+ 2024 Prizm WWE is $400+ 2024 Select WWE is $450+ In no world was this release going to sell for less than 2025 Chrome Hobby. Three low numbered parallels (one being an auto) is a very juicy bonus. The market has been *starved* for new wrestling sets. We could have a major release every single month for the rest of the year and the market would still not be healthy.
