Amazon Resellers cry when they get their accounts shut down … but they don’t abide by Amazon’s terms of service.
Show me a letter of authorization from Nike for you to sell their shoes on Amazon’s platform…that’s what the rule book says.
Stop crying and build something that YOU own.
@ArbitrageOps C'mon men.
Adidas, Nike, Converse, Hoka, New Balance, Cole Haan, all hard gated now.
Let's be real, if this was not a glitch this is the end of OA as we knew it.
Amazon sentiment the worst it has ever been.
Some have been forced off the platform
Many have given up
Many more thinking about throwing in the towel
All of this while Amazon's revenue and customer demand is at an all time high
This is when you dig deep and blow everyone else out of the water
Section 3 DEFEATED in 5 days! ✅
- an A2A, 3rd Party, Prime Day purchase 🥳
Reply "FBA" and I'll send the 50 page PDF I sent to Amazon!
Must be following 🫶 Great news for A2A!
Amazon lost a 90 pair shipment
I submitted a case with proof of purchase on October 19th
They have yet to respond
Anything I can do to expedite the process?
Worried that I'm going to run out of time
Got my first appeal denied from amazon:
130 pages worth of supply chain
Authorized Supplier
Invoices matching the quantity of items sent to FBA...
What do they need?
More brands going restricted.
- Cole Haan (owned by Apax)
- Lacoste (owned by Maus Freres)
Possibly due to amazon exclusive or some import issues (US store mentioned specifically)
@GavinSweeneyy ran a check and still able to sell in the UK.
Could mean issues for other foreign brands being imported to the states. Would tread lightly
🎃 Nothing scarier than a Section 3 suspension… 👻
One year ago today, I got my deactivation notice, and I wouldn’t wish that stress on anyone. I originally wrote a guide for The Buy Box on how I prepared for, and ultimately won my appeal, but no one should have to face a Section 3 unprepared.
If you’re dealing with one now (or want to be ready), drop "Section 3" below, and I’ll send it your way.
Scale then survive. Think a decade out
Don't cut corners
Don't buy from places that are too good to be true
Don't buy fraud labels and gift cards
Don't fight brands who clearly dont want you on their listings
Don't get section 3d
Don't grind profit to $0 chasing sales
Don't be in a position where you need to liquidate to pay loan
Don't give away your edge on social media
Run a clean business, focus on your bottom line, keep your business to yourself. You'll watch your competition drop off over the years
@ArbitrageOps Now I see it is the "Suspected" type. Meaning it was initiated by AMZ, not the brand. Do all these ASINs have the wrong name in the Manufacturer field (considering the correct name should be Decker's Outdoors Corporation not Hoka One One)?
My account has been deactivated 2+ months and Amazon just hit me with 3 Suspected IP Violations - Trademark misuse for HOKA. 🤣 Be on the lookout for Hoka Violations!
Working with the wrong distributor can send you into a whirlpool of debt...
There have been many sellers who have been scammed, or copped a section 3 just by buying from the wrong people
Its always important to check if your suppliers are legit... or you could be next
Lucky for you, I just created a list of some of the known scummy suppliers, Like, RT, and reply w/ "SCAM" and ill send you my list! (must be following so i can dm)
Section 3 is a scary thing.
I've gone through it. And I've beaten it. Twice.
I made a guide on how to beat it, as well as prevent it for newer sellers.
Comment "SECTION 3" and I'll send you it.

@jonahhodges_ When you enroll in the Transparency program are all FBM sales prohibited? I mean, they can't enforce the transparency code rule for FBM orders right?
Been getting a lot of questions lately about how we’re helping brands get UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS off their listings
There are a few ways.
- by reaching out directly to sellers and asking them to remove (written letters, buyer messages, phone calls)
- by reaching out to the other distributors of these brands (let them know the brand is no longer 3p friendly… and have them either contact, or cut off the retailers)
- by getting the brand Brand Registered + enrolling in Transparency program if needed
Helping a brand limit unauthorized sellers is one of the biggest value adds you can give them
It’s a HUGE pain point for the brand
I’m a resellers worst nightmare
I’ve been on the other side… it sucks losing solid profitable listings
But if you’re selling brands who DON’T WANT YOU TO SELL
It’s only a matter of time before you get kicked off too
Play the game, or get played 🤷🏽♂️
@fbabonsai It depends on:
- what the deactivation was for
- what documents you have
- whether you have already tried to reinstate the account
- whether you violated or it is an Amazon error
Hey! We see how many problems you have with section 3. Our legal team is trying to enter the US market and offer you a win-win option. We will reinstate your accounts with full post-payment. You will pay only for the result
