@Ottercreek77 @Ticket1430 Assembly Hall is the most overrated gym in the country. Absolute dump. Seating and sight lines are just awful. Can’t believe how people continue to “marvel” @ that historic dump of a gym. The upgrades a few years ago were like putting makeup on a pig.

Pushups report for 2025: After banging out 100 per day for nearly all of 2024, I slipped to an average of 75ish per day this year. Still, consecutive years of about 35,000 and 27,000 pushups at ages 59 and 60 isn’t bad. More to come in 2026!

@b2hcraig Spot on here Craig. I train @ a private gym, and I went to a public gym last week for the 1st time in a very long time, and people’s form has gotten worse. Started training clients in 2002 and it was bad. Can’t believe it’s gotten even worse 🙄👎

In 1970, Arthur Jones stated that training had regressed into the dark ages, but with Nautilus, he was able to usher it into a brief renaissance. In 2025 it has slipped to depths of irrationality that even Arthur couldn't envision. Don't subject your kids them to this lunacy.

Final Stage of Q-school rounds are already long enough…. A few things to get ahead of the comments. 1. Yes this is a mental block, OCD, whatever you want to call it and I sympathize with that. However Theo has played pro golf for years and it's always been the same, so the sympathy from other players is gone. 2. They have to penalize him. From what I've heard he wasn't penalized last year for slow play. That's not possible. This video is actually pretty quick for him. The more pressure, the longer it goes. In Chicago a few years back, he was playing with Mark, I was caddying and it was raining. And he was over the ball for 3 mins once. 3. Again, Theo is a nice guy, this isn't a shot at him personally. But this is unfair to his playing partners, and after years of this going on it has be handled.
