Ironically, the walled garden of control that is iOS actually fixes this problem, because apps can't see other installed apps (unless they are from the same developer).
Or use GrapheneOS, and put your banking apps in a separate profile.

Suddenly it’s “sorry, you can’t access your money until you fix your wrongthinking.” No court order. No warning. Just a locked screen and zero options.
