These few years may be the one chance tech has to correct itself. Someone needs to post a sign-on list for all major companies to have large suits built regarding ethnic nepotism in hiring and promotion. In decades this is our only semi-fair EEOC.

Now it’s about endless state and federal compliance.
It’s filled with power trippy women who would make your home owners association seem benign.

People may not know that the processing time for green card applications are months to years. So someone could come on a O-1 or H-1B, work for 5 years, become critical in their role, apply, and then have to abandon their job. Incredibly harmful to US industry.
