Using a collar on your cementless stem seems to have no downside, and considerable upsides…

UPDATE: Physiotherapists must stop providing platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy with immediate effect.
This follows confirmation from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) that PRP is an unlicensed human medicine.
