@CracraftFan I get hindsights 20/20, but he made consistently bad free agent deal, I feel like all the big names we signed minus Tyreek ish were at the tail end of their primes. Barely hit on draft picks. And never built solid depth which was the crush to our 2023 season.

While much of it is valid, Chris Grier gets too much hate. He built loaded rosters in 2022 + 2023 that fell way short of expectations for a multitude of reasons. His extensions are only bad in hindsight. At the time, we had to extend Tyreek, Tua, Waddle, and Ramsey. Opinions?
