@OVRPerformance is legit! Our program just got 8 laser gates and 2 OVR jump trackers and our kids can’t get enough of it. What you track you can improve and OVR allows us to track everything. It’s not just about hitting PRs. It’s about understanding what allows our athletes to perform at their best, it allows them to take ownership of their training, and it removes the guess work. True freshmen with a full season of starting experience on the varsity level during a historically great 9 win season. This kid needs a Duracell commercial cuz his battery never dies. We pulled him up for a single practice in training camp to help with depth and his effort and energy were relentless. Couldn’t justify doing anything but keeping him on varsity.
