@KastaRutvij Hello. Sorry to learn of this invoice concern. A billing investigation can be opened for additional charges from the billing page by clicking ‘submit a charge review’. A member of our service team will review and you'll receive a decision via email within 5 days.

@marthacanuck You can setup a callback through 1-888-481-3436 or you can now also do it via Fido.ca or the Fido My Account app with AskJack. Ensure you are signed in and Jack will help you setup a callback at a time that is convenient for you. -Eric

Fido is charging me $75+HST/mo because my elderly MIL’s OnePlus 12R “can’t decide” between 3G/4G/5G. 1st supervisor promised refund (confirmed 3x). 2nd denied it, blamed phone, told me to “call OnePlus.” 2 giant companies, 0 accountability. @Fidomobile , #FidoFail #FidoCanada

@worldprovider Connecting to a roaming network in itself does not initiate a roaming fee. You will only be charged if you make/answer a call, send a text, or use data. Having data roaming disabled or manual network connection will help prevent accidental charges.
