Over $600 is owed but they haven’t refunded me claiming they need the item back. They don’t even know where it is and won’t provide an update, telling me to wait

@KeshonaW It’s lowkey better this way because they charged more for items they “shipped” but I never got the items. So say they charge before they ship, they can gain more. They’re already being sketchy without delivering items (they didn’t deliver something for me but won’t refund me)

@AllHailLeslie Same I would prefer to shop locally after my experience. I paid, they undelivered the item. They owe me over $600 but they say they need the item back first. Why is a customer liable when they failed to deliver a product and they themselves know that? They make me so upset

And when they don’t have answers they cut us off by hanging up or ending the chat and repeating themselves

And they wanna inspect the item too. For what? They never delivered it. They’re so sketchy good luck to you cuz I don’t have luck with them

And no CS reps wanna help. These guys on Twitter will just copy and paste messages. Amazon isn’t the same, be careful on here

Does anyone know who is responsible when someone steals your delivery? We ordered a camera from @EufyOfficial which was delivered by @Amazon logistics carrier MDSL. The driver delivered it the evening before it was due dumping it on the doorstep and running off. Box was empty!

@ashish_agw @amazonIN Have the same problem in Canada. I ordered a Nintendo Switch and games, they never delivered the items, and cancelled delivery. But they’re withholding my money until they get their items back. They don’t know where the items are and it’s been almost a month. They don’t care

@FTC We’re back to copy and pasting bounceback messages. @amazon this is so sketchy and unreliable. And every time a person responds, the CS rep is outta office and another copy and pastes. They’re gonna keep playing games while withholding my money. 2 weeks of pay.

@sp3478 @amazonIN @AmitAgarwal Even if it’s Amazon that sells the item they’ll make you wait for a refund. I haven’t gotten a refund for over $600 from them when I trusted and ordered a switch. I regret it, I hope you get your money back. I learned my lesson, they aren’t the same anymore

@ajay686122 @AmazonHelp Once you answer them they’ll send you a link to some social media thing. Then they’ll email you telling you to wait. They don’t care anymore. They’re withholding over $600 for items they never delivered to me. Good luck I hope I get my money back
